| Note: Make sure IUSER and IWAM have full rights to read and write files in directory. |

| Add Album: | - Input preferred Album Name. - For identification purposes, an Album List is generated. - To save or delete any Album List, select the preferred Album List and click on Save or Remove button. |

| Add Gallery: | - Select the specific Album Name from the Album
List created earlier. - Add individual Gallery Name for the Album selected as a sub-folder to organise the photos. This creates a Gallery List. - For easier navigation purposes, input a “Short Name” (not more than 8 characters) as each photo will carry that “Short Name” for identification. - To Save or Remove any Gallery Name, select on any of the Gallery List and click on the appropriate button. By removing the Gallery Name from the Gallery List will remove all images from the database and the directory related to the removed Gallery. |

| Upload Pictures | - Select preferred Album Name. - Select the preferred Gallery List. - Input Author’s name. - Input Description of photo. - Input appropriate date. - Browse selected file. - Picture must be 400x267 in dimension in order to display properly. To ensure image size is appropriate, click “check image dimension” button. Acceptable format supported by system are ".gif", ".jpg" and ".bmp". - Click Upload button to successfully upload your photos. Do not click twice the upload button. Observe the progress bar on the explorer while image is uploading. It will take time to upload, depending on the size of an image. |

| View Gallery | - Select preferred Album Name. - Select preferred Gallery List. - Click on Next button. - A display of a list of images uploaded will appear. Users can view or delete selected file. |
